Return window
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery with proof of purchase. Return eligibility depends on order status, product condition, hygiene review, and any final sale notices shown before purchase.
Eligible condition
Items are generally returnable when unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Beauty products that are opened, used, missing seals, damaged after delivery, or altered may be final sale unless support confirms an exception.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards, final sale items, samples, heavily discounted sets, and products flagged for hygiene reasons may be excluded from return eligibility. Product pages and checkout should identify final sale terms before payment.
How to start a return

Refunds and exchanges
